一张表看完规则变化

账户年龄和不活跃时间这两条要求，各自缩短了一半。这个 90 天口径自 2025 年 3 月 24 日起执行，本页按现行规则写。币安随时可能再调整，最终以币安官方规则和页面上的实际提示为准。
满足这四条，才有机会绑上
- 注册满 90 天 —— 账户年龄从开户当天算起
- 最近 90 天没有交易 —— 期间只要有成交，就不算不活跃
- 当前未绑定任何推荐人 —— 已经绑过的账号不在召回范围内
- 个人账户 —— 机构账户不适用
四条是「同时满足」，缺一条就绑不上。不确定自己算不算，最省事的办法是直接走一遍：登录老账号后系统自己判定，符合就绑上，不符合只给一句提示，账号不会有任何改动。
这一步的成本是一次登录，收益是之后每一笔手续费的一部分。判断错了也没有代价。
怎么操作
- 点本页按钮，打开 币安重新绑定通道
- 用你原来的老账号登录，不要新注册一个
- 页面会自动判定推荐关系，不需要手动填任何邀请码
- 看提示：成功即已绑定；提示不符合条件，就说明四条里有一条没对上
微信里打不开怎么办
微信内置浏览器会拦截交易所域名，按钮点下去可能毫无反应。按这四步走：
- 复制链接
- 点右上角的 ⋯
- 选「在浏览器中打开」
- 在 Safari 或 Chrome 里粘贴访问
流程和在微信里点开完全一样，只是换个浏览器。
绑定之后
绑定关系一旦建立，你之后每笔成交产生的手续费，会按币安的返佣规则自动返还一部分，不需要逐笔提交申请，也不影响下单速度。比例和结算周期取决于账户等级与币安实时规则，以官方为准。
想确认到底绑上没有、返佣有没有在走，可以拿账户 UID 到 UID 返佣核验页 查一下。UID 在币安 App 的账户页就能看到。

What changed. Binance lowered its dormant-account recall threshold: the account-age requirement and the inactivity requirement were both cut from 180 days to 90 days.
Who can try rebinding. All four must be true at once: registered for at least 90 days; no trades in the last 90 days; currently not bound to any referrer; a personal account, not an institutional one.
How. Open the Binance page from the button above and log into your old account. Binding is judged automatically — no code to type. If you are not eligible, the system simply says so and nothing about your account changes.
After binding. A share of the trading fees on your future orders is rebated under Binance's own rules — no per-trade application, no effect on order speed. Rate and settlement cycle depend on your account tier and Binance's live rules.
